Counsel, consultant, and tribunal secretary in international arbitration cases administered by the ICC, ICDR-AAA, SIAC, PCA, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, KCAB, and JCAA, as well as ad hoc (including UNCITRAL) proceedings, seated in London, Paris, Geneva, Singapore, Zürich, New York, Stockholm, Tokyo, and other venues. Subject matters include commercial disputes in a range of areas (e.g., energy, construction, life sciences, banking) as well as investor-State disputes under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.
Arbitrator (co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator) in more than 20 commercial and consumer disputes in the financial services and travel industries.
